PeopleTech Summer Institute

We are quite excited about the upcoming PeopleTech summer institute for students with disabilities. We anticipate the course to fill up due to limited seating and high interest.

Deadline for Summer Institute Applications

In an effort to ensure that PeopleTech have sufficient time to prepare effective teaching material and resources for students, we have established the following deadline to accept applications for the summer institute.

PeopleTech Summer Institute will run on Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. from June 16 - July 30, with a break the week of July 7. The application deadline is June 12.

Please encourage students to apply to reserve a seat.

Preliminary Syllabus Available

We have developed a preliminary syllabus for the summer institute. It provides detailed information on the eight session program that will be offered evenings, from June 16 - July 30, 2008.

Survey for CUNY Faculty

In fulfilling our mission, one of PeopleTech's significant objectives is to gain knowledge about the current base of experience among faculty regarding methods and techniques to teach students with disabilities. We have designed a survey that will provide us with information that we can use to tailor training and other project activities.
